1. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

- Information you provide to us. This includes information you provide by filling in forms at www.bankoftelecom.plus ("our site”), information provided at the time of your company verification and registration to use our site, posting and selling of your routes on the Bank of Telecom® platform, and other posting material; information gathered when you report a problem with our site; if you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence; details of transactions you carry out through our site and of the deals you make; information about your completed deals as referenced in the relating Trade Advice Notes; information about your payment profile for payment purposes; information gathered on any surveys for research purposes that you choose to respond.
- Information we collect about you. This includes information about your login, time zone setting, platform; details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access; information supplied and gathered during the setting up and testing of IP interconnect links; information about your selling patterns; the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time); products and services you viewed or searched for; page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page and any phone number used to call our customer service number; your IP address, operating system, browser types, plug-in types and versions, for system administration and to help display or report information on or in our site (this is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual).
- Information we receive from other sources. We may receive information about you if you use any of the other websites we operate or the other services we provide. We are also working closely with third parties (including, for example, business partners, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, credit reference agencies) and may receive information about you from them, such as information obtained from third parties as part of our vetting process.

use your data to provide you, or permit selected third parties to provide you, with
information about Routes and offers which may be of interest to you and we may
contact you about these by electronic means (see below), post or telephone. If
you are an existing supplier to Bank of Telecom®, we will only contact you by
electronic means (e-mail or SMS) with information about ongoing Routes and
offers available. If you are a new Supplier, and where we permit selected third
parties to use your data, we (or they) will contact you by electronic means
(e-mail or SMS) only if you have consented to this. If you do not want us to

5. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may
disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our
subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings, our ultimate holding company or
parent undertaking and its subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings, as defined
in section 736 of the UK Companies Act 1985. We may disclose your personal
information to third parties: our business partners, suppliers and
sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with them or
you; advertisers and advertising networks that require the data to select and
serve relevant adverts to you and others; analytics and search engine providers
that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our site; in the event
that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your
personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets; if we, or substantially all of our assets, are acquired by a third party,

process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you
(before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes
or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such
